Dana is a Global Ambassador for The Universal Womens Network™, a global platform committed to advance gender equality, diversity, and inclusion by raising the bar to advance women in their network, community, and workplaces. Dana works with a national team of women who recognize the achievements of all women. She has taken on the role as mentor to other young women in tv and business. Dana is also the national host of the annual Women of Inspiration Awards.  The global network promotes the advancement of women and Dana advocates to recognize and celebrate female leaders and professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds.

Dana is often called upon within her community to speak candidly about both her work and personal life. Whether it be interviewing CEOs on their work life balance or talking to the Economics Club of Canada on how to navigate through change, Dana is often at the forefront of thought leadership, health and wellbeing.
